It took turns much better than my car & felt like a safe, solid car to drive. My husband tried it out & liked it also. While recently looking to purchase another vehicle, my husband researched many vehicles online to see which ones were top rated in the price range we were looking for. He found a few, and KIA was one of them. So, we went to the KIA Dealership in Grimsby & met Dean. He was very friendly, but not pushy. Shook our hands & introduced himself & told us if we needed help he would be happy to, & let us be, so we could check out vehicles & chat about them without interfering, which we appreciated. He allowed us to go to him, rather than making us feel pressured to deal with him. We also felt comfortable because he was dressed in casual attire, & didn't come across as a 'slick salesman' ready to pounce. We sat in a few vehicles we liked but my husband is tall & the head room wasn't great for him. So we mentioned it to Dean & he suggested we try the Sorento because it had more head room & the seats move up, down, & back. So we sat in the loaded 2018 Sorento & loved it. We took it for a test drive, & for an SUV, it was very solid, rode like being on a cloud, & handled beautifully. I was in love with it & wanted to buy it on the spot. My husband wanted to check out a few other brands he had in mind, so we did, then went back to KIA to purchase the Sorento, & are glad we did. It's an amazing vehicle with tons of funky new features like electronic ''everything'', including a push button start & heated steering wheel. It also has a ton of storage space for taking trips. Dean was a great help, & made purchasing the vehicle smooth & easy by focusing solely on us & answering our questions. (Salesmen that are distracted or make you sit & wait while they're off doing something else is a real turn-off.) He didn't waste our time by making us wait when we were ready to chat. He followed up with phone calls promptly, warmed up the vehicle while we had coffee in the Dealership, & then showed us how to use the funky features in the vehicle even though it was freezing cold outside. Dean was always very polite & down to earth, which we really liked about him. I would strongly recommend Dean to others wanting to purchase a KIA. Although our experience at this KIA Dealership was excellent, I read the other reviews & was disappointed that some were not that great. I hope the owner takes what was mentioned by them to heart, & remedies those issues. (eg: a wrench could have likely been given to the man who needed to remove his flat tire if the other dealership could do it) After all, customers are at the heart of any successful business, & without them, & with out good referrals from KIA customers, a business will fail. A business can have an excellent product such as the KIA, but the people running the business are what ultimately make it or break it! Conclusion: People matter, and come first. Thank you. More

In a nutshell, my sunroof was stuck open o Please see my review of Leggatt Kia on the same issue (entitled "Very Disappointing Customer Service". In a nutshell, my sunroof was stuck open overnight on February 16, 2017. I visited the Burlington dealer first thing in the morning and proceeded to wait approximately 6 hours at which time the service manager told me they managed to close it but do not open it. They wouldn't book me in until two weeks later for the repair and told me it would take 2 to 3 days as they are not experienced with sunroofs. I booked with no other choice. He then recommended I call a private sunroof repair company on my own as Kia doesn't really know how to repair them. I called....and was recommended to call "my dealer" for the sunroof repair. Frustrated...I called Grimsby Kia who promptly booked me in on the following Tuesday morning first thing after the Family Day Weekend. I dropped the car off overnight. The service manager called me at 9:10am and told me it's fixed and working like new. It was seized and someone has used the wrong lubricant for the sunroof. They removed and re-lubricated it and that was it! They also noticed a knock in my front end and actually looked into it for me. It had been knocking for months and I totally forgot to ask about it. Long story short...they replaced a ball joint and stabilizer bar the same morning. My car now works like new. That is exemplary customer service. Thank you Grimsby Kia. You have earned my business. More

Service is a total fraud Had my vehicle in for maintenance service and they did not perform the service that was charged. I gave them one star only for the fact that they did the service once I complained. Service Manager was rude and refused to admit the technicians fraud. Please check and verify work was done. I loved my Soul and I purchased a 2012 Kia Soul 5 years ago from the Niagara area dealer and have had nothing but issues with the two around my area. I loved my Soul and wanted another one, I'm so glad we drove to Grimsby one afternoon because 3 weeks later I left with a New 2016 Soul after an outstanding experience with Kevin and everyone else at Grimsby Kia! I own a 2015 Sorento and have had issues with a passenger rear handle sticking. After four visits and poorest quality attempts at repairs still going back again to hopefully have it done correct. Last visit they actually thought that using silicone to hold the parts on the door was top notch. What's next duct tape. Even after confronting owners and managers of my unsatisfied service they still seem that attitude would be the best way to rectify everything. Someone needs to put them into a reality check with out customers they don't sell vehicles and don't have work. PS bring back the old owners. More
