I shopped around looking for a dealer that I could build a relationship with, not a dealership that just sells on price. Buying a vehicle is different than it used to be. The first time I went into see them they treated me with respect and honesty. They made me feel like a part of the family. I’ve been in the corporate world for a long time. Ive learned over time when people are faking it just to make a sale and when they are truly honest and trustworthy. Right from the start these guys gave me good vibes. That is why I bought from them. We all want to be treated with respect and honesty. That is what you get at this dealership. They take their time and there is zero pressure. The first time I spoke to Cam (my salesperson) I knew I had found a dealer I wanted to work with and have a relationship with moving forward. I trust them enough to call them and tell them what I want and know that the price I get will be the best. Not to mention the after service, which is great. Anyway… do your research and deal with whoever makes you feel comfortable. I know that if you call Greavette you won’t feel like another number or just another sale. Garnet Johnson is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with in a vehicle purchase and I have made many. He is knowledgeable, patient and well informed with the products he deals with. Over the course of three years, he and I discussed the various models of truck that GMC offers. I like to consider myself a knowledgeable customer when it comes to my trucks, but numerous times I leaned on Garnet's experience and training for direction. The final result is a beautiful 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT, which is well equipped with what I needed and nothing more. The Greavette GM dealership is located nearby, for me, although there are other Ontario dealerships that offer me discounts on vehicles. Greavette GM did show me their appreciation in my selecting them for my purchase. I felt a loyalty to support a local business and I'm happy I did. So far, the Greavette service section has addressed any concerns I've had with my new truck in a quick, professional manner. Their after purchase care is top notched due to the personal interest their Service Manager, Ed Siblock takes in customer care. Austin Jung, my Service Rep, is knowledgeable, patient and professional in his approach to my concerns and always makes himself available for my questions and concerns. All in all, a great business to deal with, from the first visit, to the purchase, to their after sales addressing of concerns. Greavette GM is certainly worth the ride for vehicle purchases. More

Negotiating a deal with Robert via email made an offer that was accepted and called several times to make a deposit...no response. Finally asked for anyone in sales to help me, spoke with Cam who was to that was accepted and called several times to make a deposit...no response. Finally asked for anyone in sales to help me, spoke with Cam who was told by Robert that he had a deposit and vehicle was sold. Finally talked to Robert who mentioned that they lots of interest and received a better offer with a deposit. I was left waiting while a better deal came in. My loss. Waste of time and effort. More
