Jay and the rest of the service department consistently deliver great customer service! Jay really listens to what I need done, answers all my questions, and the service team completes the work in a timely manner. Their service prices are comparable to other locations, as well. Top Notch Customer Service Grande Prairie Subaru has excellent customer service. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and I am always addressed respectfully regardless of my Grande Prairie Subaru has excellent customer service. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and I am always addressed respectfully regardless of my (lack of) mechanical knowledge. For my most recent visit, while getting my brake pads replaced they threw in new rotors as well because they care about giving proper service.
