James greeted me, even though he's upper management, they were short staffed due to the extreme snowfall so he took it upon himself to help me out to start. Ryan soon showed up on his day off to help out, and lucky for me I was handed off to him to venture out on a test drive. He was so knowledgable about the vehicles, showing me every single feature of the Rogue and comparing it to other similar SUV's. He wasn't pushy and didn't leave me feeling as though he just wanted to make a sale. Both him and James made sure to emphasize the importance of me being happy with whatever decision I was to make, whether it was a purchase that particular day or not.
