Good service from sales people terrible mechanics The sales people helped me out a lot to get me approved and driving was told there was a inspection performed by mechanics at the dealership but after The sales people helped me out a lot to get me approved and driving was told there was a inspection performed by mechanics at the dealership but after getting the vehicle home I found a number of problems not listed in the inspection sheet mainly a major oil leak that is easy to see when under the vehicle that I was not even remotely informed about More

We were in Contact with Sheena about a year ago and we told her what we were looking for in a new vehicle. She understood what we were looking for and did not try and sell us something we did not want. She showed very good follow-up and patience and waited until we were ready to make a new purchase. She remembered what we were looking for and steered us in this direction and we were able to make a deal that we are very happy with. I appreciate the fact that she was not aggressive and followed up in a timely manner. When we did make the purchase she gave us a very thorough walk through on the options and how they worked on the vehicle. I would highly recommend customers to call Sheena if they are looking for a vehicle. I know my wife and I will certainly deal with her again if we are in the market for a vehicle.
