As we got the ball rolling on finding out more about the car, we soon realized that by unfortunate circumstance the car had been purchased the day before and the website did not reflect this. Without a second thought, Kayla quickly went to work asking me specific questions about what my dream car would be. We made an appointment for a couple of days later for me to come back. When I returned, Kayla had a number of cars flagged for me to take a look at. While I was reading over the specs, she was gave the inventory another look. We decided to take a vehicle to the visit their other lot and take a car for a test drive. By chance, the vehicle we got into happened to be on sale for a great price and it matched the characteristics of a vehicle that I was looking for. A 20 minute test drive, with Kayla filling me in on the awesome features of the vehicle, we were ready to discuss purchase. Though in the end I will be paying more than I had intended on for the vehicle, I am very happy with my selection. Kayla was a fantastic sales associate, working very quickly and efficiently to help me find the car that would best suit my needs. She showed interest in building a rapport with me and my brother, who had accompanied me to the dealership. Kayla is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Almost a year ago we purchased a new Pathfinder with GP Nissan and met Shelby as our salesman. This was almost a year ago and finding that vehicle was a tremendous feat as it suits our needs perfectly; business, leisure, and maneuvering gracefully in these crazy Grande Prairie winters. We even took the new Pathfinder on a road-trip to the west coast this fall, it.. was.. amazing! Not long after we returned from our trip my vehicle, an '09 Sentra, made her last trip. I was so sad to lose my favorite little car, which had made it through many Alberta winters, and we weren't sure a second new vehicle was in our budget. We new we would go back to Nissan but now it wasn't just because we needed a new vehicle, it was more, we knew we met someone who truly understood our needs the first time and we could trust would be there for us again. Shelby listened to what I needed in a vehicle, found out what our price range was and showed us what we asked for first, used vehicles, but he didn't stop there; he took all of the information we gave him - which wasn't much on our part, and paid attention to what evoked us while we browsed the lot. In the end we left with a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra with everything I need in a vehicle; and, even better yet, it was very affordable! It has a super sleek interior, cruise control, digital displays, eco and sport features at the click of a button, excellent fuel mileage, surprisingly amazing handling given the recent snow fall and the list keeps populating as each day I discover something new about this car that makes me love it that much more! I have never really been that into my car but now, thanks to Shelby and GP Nissan, I am totally in! More
