Customer Service Comeback Kings & Queens! I have had my 2006 X-Trail serviced at Grande Prairie Nissan for nearly 9 years! Within two years of owing this vehicle, there was a big misunderst I have had my 2006 X-Trail serviced at Grande Prairie Nissan for nearly 9 years! Within two years of owing this vehicle, there was a big misunderstanding between the service advisor at the time and myself which lead to spending more time and money for a repair that I struggled to afford. Not happy with this situation, I commenced looking for another garage to have my vehicle serviced. A couple of months later, I had heard that there were new Service Advisors in place and I reluctantly (and against my better judgement) returned. It was fortunate that I did. I have not had a negative experience in the last eight years with the Service Department. EVERYONE in the service department has provided myself with top quality customer service and vehicle maintenance. Servicing is executed in a timely manner and affordable. The Service Department made a huge comeback and have earned my business and trust. More

I did have a lump of cash and a good job, but having no credit history didn't hinder me at all from getting a new xterra. Nearly 2 years later, I grew to dislike the xterra and Jason was ready to put into a new juke (which I love) as soon as I was ready to pull the trigger. Jason, Mandy, Elaine, Michelle, the oil change guys, the guys in finance, etc. Just good people all over at GP Nissan. More

Amazing customer service I live in Fort St John so it is a drive to get my Frontier looked at. Friday night my navigation deck turned off. I drove to GP the next day to see if they can get me in to update my computer in my truck. Elaine Mears was running the service shop and was slammed towards the end of the day. She took the time to ask a tech to stay behind to update my computer. They could have just turned me away but they didn't. Thank you so much! More
