Grande Prairie Nissan participates in the Dealer Rater Certified Dealer Program. We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer Rater review, you did not share that experience. Appointment times do not guarantee your vehicle will be in the shop at that specific time your appointment was booked for. Once a vehicle has been dropped off it is listed in a priority sequence. Different Technicians specialize in different areas of diagnoses and repair. The next available technician that has the appropriate credentials and certifications to work on a vehicle is then assigned. The vehicle is brought into the shop for a complete diagnoses. We try our hardest to complete all appointments as thoroughly and as quickly as we can. All vehicles in our shop receive a free World Class Inspection as part of our commitment to safety and customer service. The results of these inspections are given to our customers so that they are aware of any repairs or services their vehicle may need. Your satisfaction is important to me and I would love the opportunity to personally discuss your concerns with you.
