We just wanted to test drive the Murano to rule it out. When we walked in we were greeted by Alain, who was smiling and happy to see us. You could tell from the first moments that he was the type of salesman that wasn't going to mess around (in a good way). We explained to Alain what we were looking for and the aspects of the vehicle that needed to be there. He immediately went and grabbed us a car off the lot that was everything we wanted and more. We took it for a test drive and spoke some more about what we liked and what we wanted. Along the way, Alain really tried to get to know us. He asked us questions about our lives, what we did for work, and why we wanted a new vehicle. You could tell that Alain enjoyed his job and loved meeting new people. Through the whole process he was helpful and charismatic. At the end of the day we walked away with a brand new car and a new relationship. When we decided to go to Nissan I had said "The car is going to have to be really nice and the salesman is going to have to be really good, to change my mind". And I got both!! They made it possible to purchase the vehicle even with the limited amount of money we had to spend. They worked really hard on giving us the car that we wanted. Mitchell Chipman was an excellent sales associate, who I can refer at any time for any issues you may have in looking and puchasing a car/truck. The sales experiences were superb.
