Great First Experience Walking in I was super anxious. As soon as I met Mitch and sat down with him all my anxiety went away. He was super relatable which I really enjoyed. He walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was going on the whole time. He showed me two vehicles at once and helped me decide on the one I knew I would love the most. I felt extremely comfortable and not pressured at all. I liked how honest he was about everything. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know who needs a new vehicle. Meh at best. I bought a brand new vehicle from Nissan. The finance person didn't include installing the new tires I requested when buying. The service department I bought a brand new vehicle from Nissan. The finance person didn't include installing the new tires I requested when buying. The service department was busy and the attitudes showed that. Overall I felt like this dealership and service department makes me feel like I owe them, not that I am a valued customer. At this pointment I will take my vehicle else where for service and problems. More

battery terminal my battery terminal was corroded and Clint took off the old part, cleaned the battery terminals and installed the new part in less that 30 minutes. Remorseless Decision Most of the first buyers are feeling the pressure and stress when considering buying their first new vehicle. I have read different blogs, reviews and suggestions before coming to Nissan to better equip myself with questions to ask. But thanks to Ahmed and James who readily welcome me upon seeing me at Nissan GP. Ahmed is very professional and easy to get along with, I was thinking it is expected to any dealer, but he asked me first what I want the most. He outlined everything and when I was done with my test drive, he asked me several times how was it, if I liked it and other questions to confirm if what I was looking for was found in that vehicle. I ended up buying my first new vehicle. Thanks Ahmed and thanks James for such a great experience. More
