She asked questions to find out what I was needing and what I could budget for and found a vehicle that she felt would meet my requirement and be reliable. She treated me with utmost respect and has taken care of everything as if it was her own. I highly recommend her. The dealership has come thru so far with getting the repairs done promptly that they agreed to before purchasing and built a warranty package into the payments. And, in him we are finding the GP Nissan that we dealt with in the 90s - integrity is there, concern for family and buyer is there. When questioned about towing capacities the answer was not easily found in the manual but he got it for us and was not going to let up until he had the answer.
