Start I finish great staff! I just picked up my 2018 Nissan Titan SV Midnight Edition from GP Nissan and it was everything I needed and much more! From right when Ahmed ElTayeb met me at the front door with a warm authentic smile to when I waved goodbye in the parking lot with my new vehicle, the service was more than I expected. I arrived to the dealership knowing I needed something that fit my driving lifestyle and that fit my budget. After discussing my vehicle needs and wants with Ahmed, he found my perfect truck the first try. After taking it for a lengthy test drive on the winter roads I was hooked..... as long as I could afford this vehicle on budget. Ahmed then introduced me to his sales manager Kyle as well as the finance manager Ted who both worked the numbers so it fit easily in My budget. She greeted me right away and we sat down together and discussed what I might be interested in. Now, I don’t mean to get too personal, but my credit wasn’t the greatest, so I thought this would be the only time I would see or hear from her. The next day she called me back and told me that they will fight tooth and nail for me and they will find me a vehicle. Two weeks later, this wonderful, vibrant woman, found me a vehicle and got me started on the road to recovery of my credit. She is a hard working, very well motivated lady. We were actually thinking of purchasing a better vehicle as we now have a family and thinking of purchasing a truck that would tow a trailer. My husband went online, found a vehicle he was interested in and I arranged with Ahmed to take it for a test drive. Ahmed had the vehicle warm and ready to go when I arrived. But I asked him to see a different one. He was very accommodating. He quickly removed the snow from the second vehicle, warmed it up and we took it for a spin. Ahmed was very knowledgeable about this vehicle. My husband and I arranged to make the purchase over the phone and e-mail. I was nervous about what to vehicle to choose and worried about the financing process as i am currently "rebuilding" my credit, but my new good friend Ahmed walked me through the process step by step, informing me of everything I needed to know from purchase to as far as what would be a vehicle that would hold trade in values; if I so choose to sooner, rather than later. One of the best parts about the process of being in the Nissan dealership was the awesome indoor slide and play area they have for kids. While I didn't expect that I would describe used car shopping like this, I'm happy to say that between GP Nissan and GP Hyundai, Ahmed, Meaghan, and Will were fair, honest, transparent, patient, understanding, reasonable, accommodating, and friendly the whole time. Ahmed certainly earns his shining reputation. He was happy to drive me between dealerships, plan several meetings and test drives beyond the call of duty, accommodated times after he should have been off for the day, gave continuous reliable communication, fielded the many questions I fired his way, helped get an insurance quote, and even picked me up from the airport after hours to sign it over. The three of them helped get me get a transparent and excellent price, accepted a deposit for some no-pressure time to think on the decision, contacted someone to purchase my older trade-in vehicle, arranged for a rare take-home test drive, and got me into a great new ride I'm proud to have gotten from them. Great Experience I dont normaly write reviews because i have better things to do in my life but Colton gave me a reason to do so. Im not a big expert on cars and to be honest i couldnt care less, everytime i call Colton no mayter what the question is he has the answer he will travel accross the world to find me the answer if he has too, this is the second car i bought from him in under a month if i could afford it i would go for a third one, i still remember the time when i called him at 3am even tho he was sleeping he still assisted me with love and care.
