John M. was very kind and friendly, he took the time with me today a This is my 2nd Murano and I had the best experience today getting my oil change. John M. was very kind and friendly, he took the time with me today and asked if I had any concerns or questions. He had asked if I ever had my Cabin Air Filter changed, if I ever had a bad smell and I said YES just yesterday I had this awful smell and couldn't figure it out - it was that my Cabin Air Filter had never been changed. Wow what a difference. He also checked the air levels in my tires, tightened the lug nuts as I just had a tire repair and helped me with my sunroof. John went above and beyond for me, was the best service yet! Thanks John I will be back for my next oil change with you at GP Nissan! Brenda More

GP Volkswagon Alex, while nominally working for GP Nissan, was quite willing to assist with the purchase of our new VW Atlas. Questions were answered promptly, and where an answer was not readily available, they quickly found it, backing up the answer with documentation.
