After reading your review it is clear that has not been your experience, which is disapointing to us. Through the Dealer Rater Program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve your concerns. Our VIP Oil Change package is valid for 8 oil changes or 3 years, which ever is reached first. Depending on the type of package purchased there could be additional charges, for instance if you requested synthetic oil, I would be pleased to look further into why you were charged for the oil change, but I would kindly request that you contact the dealership and provide your name so that we can look up the appropriate records. Regarding the diagnois charge concerning the USB, the Director of Service, Mr. Wright would welcome the opportunity to personally look into this matter for you and work on a resolution however, again I would kindly ask that you contact our dealership directly so that we can work with you. Each of your concerns are important to us and we want to help you and ensure that you are a 100% satisified customer.
