Bought new vehicles and there were several incidents leading to a very poor experience. Shortly after making a deposit on the vehicles communication from the sales team at the dealership stopped, no fo leading to a very poor experience. Shortly after making a deposit on the vehicles communication from the sales team at the dealership stopped, no follow up delivery dates, confirming colors or additional accesories. Once vehicle was delivered had issues with the fobs, accecories not being installed, paper work problems and the cleanliness on the inside of one of the cars was less to be desired for a new vehicle. The worst part of this whole experience was having a member of the sales team speak about their poor experiences dealing with other dealerships with things like showing up on the lot only to find accecories not installed that should of been or the vehicle has already been sold and is no longer available. Was told this wouldn't happen but a vehicle was delievered missing some accecories. Many of the issues above have been or are in the process of being dealt with but it has been just too many excuses and apologies for me to recommend this place. More

My wife and I had a terrible time shopping for a SUV at St. Albert Honda last year. Salesman at Honda said how he wouldn't lie to us, how he wanted best for us, you know, bunch of bullcrap sales people ma St. Albert Honda last year. He made promises he could not keep and at one point he hung up the phone on us after we signed the paper. Having gone through a terrible experience at a dealership just last year, my wife and I were pretty careful going in this time. We were looking for a compact sedan and Grande Prairie Hyundai had one year old Elantra. From the get go, Freddie was a pleasant person to deal with, he wasn't pushy or in a rush to make us sign papers. Or making exaggerated promises. Our ordeal lasted two days. First day was having to test drive the cars and second day, deciding which car to pick. Throughout two days, Freddie did not act like he wanted us to sign the paper to get it over with and answered numerous questions I had. Although used car price in Grande Prairie is generally a bit more expensive than the cars in Edmonton, I was willing to trade it for convenience. We settled on the price we were comfortable with so our experience was a good one. If in the future we have to purchase another car, I would shop here again and through Freddie as my salesman. More
