My wife and I went in to look at a new vehicle, and met a very nice salesman . He was really good . The deal started to fall apart when we were moved to the sales management team. They didn’t want to listen to us , it was really frustrating. We walked out not finding a price that would work for us. A couple days later I get a call saying they have a price that I wouldn’t be able to refuse . It was the exact same price the offered while I was there . Then I receive an email a couple months after offering an extra $1000 off the price . I email her back with the concerns we had , and she just didn’t offer a response . It’s too bad , we would’ve loved to make a deal locally but after this service we’ll be driving to Edmonton More

Chloe asked what we were looking for and we gave her a tall order to fulfill and she delivered. Chloe was super fun, energetic and an absolute joy to deal with. We didn't feel pressured into a sale like some dealerships, instead, we were treated like family/friends and they made sure we were happy every step of the way. the whole process was easy and as streamlined as they could make it. The whole team at Hyundai Grande Prairie was awesome. My only complaint is that i can only give a 5 stars review as they deserve 10!
