This revealed a few issues including some that were costly, but I was then offered a protection insurance plan that would take care of power-train problems including those found in the recent inspection. As the vehicle had not cost a lot to buy, the insurance seems a reasonable investment, as well as the 3-year oil change add-on program. The staff we dealt with were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, while exhibiting NO annoying sales pressure. It is so nice to deal with a company with trained, pleasant employees. More

He and Will worked to get me exactly what I was looking for - no stress, no worries, no problems of any kind, and I wound up driving my new car home the same day. Kerry did a fantastic job explaining available products and dollars and cents, and both she and Cordell went above and beyond what was neccessary; I very much appreciate how much they did to put me at ease - this was the first car I had ever bought flying solo, and I never thought it could possibly go as smoothly as it did.
