Not only did they get us something great for our family, but they all fought tooth and nail to get it for us. They took all the stress and hassle out of purchasing a vehicle for us. They even went as far as taking care of switching over our insurance for us. They had everything ready for us as well, no waiting around or the hassle of having to run around to get things done. Cordell was awesome at helping me find a new vehicle because although I was picky and had a lot of specifications for what I wanted, he didn't tell me Cordell was awesome at helping me find a new vehicle because although I was picky and had a lot of specifications for what I wanted, he didn't tell me that what I wanted was impossible to find; (which I heard a lot from other dealerships..) he found the exact vehicle instead. Cordell kept in touch with me and always gave updates. I found him to be honest with me, and I felt like I could trust him. My experience: when I decided I was ready to purchase a new vehicle I already had a family friend in sales at the local ford dealership who was going to help me find a new vehicle. I had it set in my mind that this would be a simple process being in the hands of a family friend. With in one day that I posted an ad for the vehicle that I owned at the time to sell privately, Cordell contacted me. We briefly discussed the ad and my situation ending our conversation with a mutual agreement that I'd be in great hands with my family friend. Soon it seemed like Cordell was the only person willing to help me find a new vehicle, no other sales reps from other dealerships would return my calls, but Cordell was really good at keeping in touch with me and giving me updates. I'm really happy with the Ford F150 that Cordell found for me through the GP Auto Group, the truck is nearly new, and the price was significantly lower compared to other prices on the same model of truck that had higher odometer readings that I had found. A week later I had an issue with my truck and it broke down as I was driving through Grande Prairie. I went to the Ford Dealership to get the problem fixed under warranty, and Cordell came to help me immediately with everything in person. (An act of kindnesss that I didn't expect, and really appreciated.) More
