(Experience) Cordell knew an immense amount about the Elantra, answering all questions we had and even answering the ones I didn't even think to ask. Long story short he was excellent at his job and we agreed to a test drive and liked the Santafae but did not make it easy on him we wanted a red one and they never had one there so they went to work and found us one. Needless to say we now own a red Santafea. More
