The way service should be I made an appt to have my Santa Fe serviced at the dealership after we moved away 2 years ago and I have just been using local shops. They had my car for a week while we were out of town and they did not mind. Kevin saw that I had a huge crack in my windshield and told me about the sale they had on windshields and so I had mine changed while my car was there. I found it helpful that he went through the service report with me and talked about possible issues that could be addressed at my next service appt. even though we now live 2.5 hours away I will be back for my SUVs next service. All around awesome I've dealt with other dealerships for years and had come to expect bad service from dealerships.
