Very poor service been waiting five weeks for a new electric radiator cooling fan for the engine in our brand new Santa Cruz 2025 . Now the Grande Praire dealership tells us it will be another 3 weeks More

We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you've had with your 2025 Santa Cruz and the ongoing delay in replacing its electric cooling fan. We understand how incredibly inconvenient and disappointing it is to have a brand new vehicle out of commission for so long, and we deeply regret the trouble this has caused you. We want to clarify that the extended wait for the correct part has been due to mispackaged parts received from the manufacturer. This is an issue that is unfortunately out of our direct control, but please know that we have been doing everything in our power to expedite the resolution. We've escalated your situation to the highest authorities at Hyundai Canada to push for the correct part to be sent as quickly as possible. We also want to assure you that your concern about where your Santa Cruz was purchased is unfounded. We value your business immensely, regardless of where you bought your vehicle. Every customer who walks through our doors deserves the same high level of service and dedication, and we are genuinely committed to helping you get back on the road safely. In the meantime, we're glad we were able to arrange a rental vehicle for you at no charge to help minimize the disruption while your vehicle is off-road. We will continue to provide you with updates as soon as we receive them regarding the arrival of the correct part. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this.
