Lies through his teeth to make a sale. Will claim there’s nothing wrong with the vehicle he’s selling you. Did not get me to sign the mechanical fitness assessment before purchase and there was 5000 km put on the vehicle between the assessment and my purchase. Highly recommend taking it for a third party inspection before purchase. Learn from my mistake. More

Never deal with these guys again they’re lazy they try to scam you I brought a vehicle in and they have been nothing but giving me a hard time and there’s nothing wrong with it and they’re trying to tell me scam you I brought a vehicle in and they have been nothing but giving me a hard time and there’s nothing wrong with it and they’re trying to tell me I need a new engine and as well as that they were also getting into my personal business as well and using that as leverage I also planned a week in advance to get an axle seal done that they did and failed so I had to be booked in again to get it refixed but instead of fixing it they just parked out in their parking lot and gave me a hard time didn’t do the main job that it was booked in advance for and the service guy Tony I do not appreciate his ignorance it has been nothing but xxxx I have had about five different vehicles I’ve had over the course of 10 years with dealerships and I’m done with scammers and cheaters not only that I have a lot of people that I know between the company I work for and the groups that I am in and a lot of people have seed what they’ve put me through and see with their own eyes my vehicle and the issues. Here’s a little update I do not take it very nicely the fact that they are using bribery for me to take down this review in order to get work done on my vehicle that is ridiculous and I will make sure that Grand Prairie Chrysler is held accountable for this thanks in advance. Do not use gp chrysler. Especially if your looking for used/first car. I've used these guys for my past 4 vehicles, recently financed a used 2018 hyundia tuscon and within t Especially if your looking for used/first car. I've used these guys for my past 4 vehicles, recently financed a used 2018 hyundia tuscon and within the first 4 months I've had to replace the motor and both front cv axles. Absolutely no compassion, zero help, brought my car to the grande praire hyundia and because of the neglect and unprofessional actions at gp chrysler hyundia on good will replaced my engine, hyundia was also able to prove/provide information showing that gp chrysler didnt do a service, not even an oil change before handing me over there garbage.If your buying used get the car fax because even if they are treating you like "family" you can't trust them at all. They don't care about anything other then your signature. Management is scared as cats, and was almost impossible to deal with, dale in sales, super nice and friends but again, ghosted as soon as there was issues. If you need used or a first car or care about your experience at all, avoid gp chrysler. (Update) still have yet to hear from gp chrysler as they are now claiming they have resolved this issue. Terrible service. More
