Grande Prairie Chrysler really outdid themselves. I came in expecting the usual dealership runaround and instead got customer service so smooth it should come with a seatbelt warning. CJ and Keffrey are fantasic sales people, they are honest, understand our need, and LISTEN. This time we drove just about every SUV on the lot to find what fit us best, as we werent sure what we wanted. Keffrey happily just kept pulling them up in order to find the perfect one. Keffrey knows his stuff, he's quick and efficient and only shows us exactly what we want. PLUS, we got a great price for our trade-in. When we bought our RAM 3500 last spring, we called CJ and told him what we were looking for and he had us in our new truck the same day. Cianne in the finance department works to get us the best rate. She is fast with her work and we usually spend more time laughing and chatting.
