Very honest and upfront, extremely friendly and easy to deal with. Could of have been a little more knowledgeable with details of the vehicle but that is very minor to just ask a coworker. Finance was a little annoying, paid some extra costs that were told were "included" but it all worked out in the end. Had a great experience with Anna and would recommend her to a friend :) More

My new vehicle did come with a full tank of gas but it was dirty on the outside and had no windshield washer fluid in it, you would think after buying this vehicle outright it would have at least come with windshield washer fluid and be washed. I guess you can't have it all!!! Overall it was a good experience . More
