We sincerely apologize that your recent visit did not meet your expectations, especially during such an important and stressful time in your life. Congratulations on the birth of your baby — we understand how challenging it must have been to manage vehicle concerns while welcoming a newborn. Regarding your 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan, our team performed a full diagnostic inspection based on the engine light concern reported on February 2nd. The diagnostic process can sometimes require extended time to properly identify underlying issues, which is why the vehicle was kept for two days. The repair that was recommended and completed was based on the findings at that time. We are very concerned to hear that you later experienced additional warning lights and new engine noise. That is certainly not the outcome we want for our customers. Sometimes additional issues can surface after a repair, particularly on older vehicles, but we would absolutely welcome the opportunity to re-inspect your vehicle and ensure nothing was overlooked. Customer trust is extremely important to us.
