Very poor customer service the service depar Just have to say first of all I love my salesman Dale. Such a great guy and I would definitely buy from him again but unfortunately it looks like I will not be doing business with this dealership anymore. Since I got my truck which is still under factory warranty for another year and a half plus I bought 5-year gold package warranty. And in the first two or three months I've spent more I'm fixing small things then I have in payments on the actual truck. Twice I went into the dealership and they didn't even have the parts to fix my truck. Said they cannot order them. Their words not mine. Last time I was in they had to replace an air conditioner part which was quite expensive and when I got the truck back my bumper was covered in antifreeze. And for about 2 days my air conditioning smells like a wet dog. Also they charge me to check my heated and air conditioning seats which only seem to work whenever they feel like it. But according to dodge their well within spec. They did not charge me the first time. But they charged me the second time even though my service advisor told me it was under warranty and if it's an intermittent problem to have it checked every time I come in as it's under warranty and I will not be charged. They gave me some lame excuse and offered me a free truck wash to solve my problems. I thought I would do better than that then make sure I advertise all over social media and make sure they never get another nickel from me again. I'm hoping that they want to resolve this but it's been about a week and a half or so and I had to email them three times just to get a response from them More

Great customer service I had a great experience at this dealership, Ray found me the perfect Jeep, He was friendly and very knowledgeable about what he does. Great Purchasing Experience!! When going into GP Chrysler, I was immediately greeted by Tem! Tem has a very upbeat and positive attitude, and if he can't answer you're question, he When going into GP Chrysler, I was immediately greeted by Tem! Tem has a very upbeat and positive attitude, and if he can't answer you're question, he will get you an answer! HE was extremely helpful and honest. Every concern I expressed, he put to ease. When I went on my test drive, Dale took me. I was extremely nervous as I hadn't driven a standard in over 10yrs. He was patient, cracked jokes, and made the experience alot less nerve wracking!! I will definitely be recommending Tem and Dale w/ GP Chrysler to friends and family!! More
