Went to get oil change and tire rotation for warranty. They crossthreaded nut on way in then I went to do winter tire change and while removing nuts I had to get that stripped nut off and I’m doing so scr They crossthreaded nut on way in then I went to do winter tire change and while removing nuts I had to get that stripped nut off and I’m doing so scratched my rim because it would not come out straight so I called them and told them that they put it on crossthreaded as they were last people to have tires off so they fixed the stud and nut but said nothing could be done with my rim as I personally did it while trying to work with there screw up on my 2019 ram 3500 Laramie with only 14000 kms on it and the new set of 20 inch black out ram rims on it. So I will not be dealing with them anymore and told them to take me off any list they have to call me or contact me and I still get calls all the time from them . Honestly not even worth the one star as the scratching of my rims was after something that they messed up More
