My most recent experience has been with the service department, which I have visited several times. I have always found them (especially Eli) to be very friendly and attentive. My only complaint might be that on my recent service it was not washed as thoroughly as previous visits and, although admittedly it was very dirty when I took it in, it needed touch-ups inside and out to look clean. The service staff are very helpful, friendly and let me know when things need to be looked at. I have been able to phone them, describe what is going on and they immediately know what the issue is. When I've called another dealership (closer to where I live) the first words out of their mouths are "our hourly fees are $X" and the person answering the phone has no idea about the nature of my issues so they don't even know the questions to ask. So I call the folks at Graham Kia and they ask the right questions, and book the right service to meet my schedule. More

As always, fabulous. This time I picked up my Kia after the service shop hours and the sales area completed my transaction, although he was unsure of how to capture my kia (points) card... which I have nev the service shop hours and the sales area completed my transaction, although he was unsure of how to capture my kia (points) card... which I have never used... so my suggestion would be to keep our card numbers on our accounts so that it is an automatic update. There are tons of 'point' programs out their, each with their own card.... and it's not like I am going to go to another Kia dealership to get my service done... anyhow just a suggestion :) More

Took my Sorento in for its second service. The service department is very busy so had to book two weeks in advance, which was fine. I had few minor issue that were dealt with, and the service was done as department is very busy so had to book two weeks in advance, which was fine. I was disappointed by how my car was "cleaned" my windows were not cleaned, the dash and center console were not cleaned. The only thing that I could see that was done was the floor mats and floor my windows were not cleaned, the dash and center console were not cleaned. The best part of taking my car to the dealership is I get my car cleaned, other wise I would got to a drive up oil change place and have it done in less time. More

We were looking around for winter tire's with rims .Went to Costco because I wanted Michelin ice they could not get the right steel rim to fit.Ithen decided to phone graham Kia and talked Ivon and convin to Costco because I wanted Michelin ice they could not get the right steel rim to fit.Ithen decided to phone graham Kia and talked Ivon and convinced me to give them a try, ,they had a sale on winter tires and rims for $300.00 less than Costco .our Rondo needed to serviced and inspected and would take 2hrs to finish . So instead of sitting around the dealership,Ivon gave us 2 taxi passes so we went the mall had lunch . Our car was ready , while paying the bill , Ivon gave us a $50.00 gas card and the tires came with a $50.00 rebate. I normally don't deal with dealership as I find them too expensive, but because of the way we were treated Ivon and the staff we will be coming back. More
