We were looking for a new car and found that the Kia Rio5 had everything we need. At no time in the process were there any of the stereotypical high pressure tricks or tactics we've experienced at other car dealerships over the years, a welcome change. A few days after we brought the car home we recieved a hand written thank-you card from Frank personally - a nice and professional touch to add to an already great impression. While getting a coffee we chanced a meeting with the dealership owner who introduced himself and provided his own phone number just in case we wanted to call him to talk about anything if we felt the need. Really, it was his number and while we had no reason to call him I am confident that he was sincere and serious about being available to help make sure we were happy. We took advantage of the 0.9% financing offer with a three month deferred start on the payments, mainly because our daughter was getting married this month and it was convienient to keep our cash in hand for all those little incidentals that go with wedding plans and surprises. Arranging the financing was done quickly and again professionally by Elmano Lima who also presented the add-on options, replacement vehicle package and other choices with no pressure, just straight up facts and common sense answers that made our decisions easy to make. Wrapping up the experience was an equally quick and straightforward introduction to an insurance agency that works with the dealership allowing us to drive off the lot with a brand new fully insured car in the shortest time possible. All in all a five star experience! We will certainly refer others to Frank, El and Graham Kia, and have already recommended Kia to a friend living near Vancouver. More
