From the moment I arrived for car service, I was treated with courtesy and professional care. The staff are very helpful and my car appointment was shorter than expected. This saved me labour costs that would be incurred if that work were to be done at a later date. Although this dealership now sells a different brand of vehicle than what I bought, I still go there for servicing because they do such a good job. More

The only reason I gave a bad rating on my last service visit was that I was waiting around for my vehicle to receive a minor scheduled service wich was an oil change and guick check. Three hours later I w visit was that I was waiting around for my vehicle to receive a minor scheduled service wich was an oil change and guick check. Three hours later I was still sitting in the waiting room out front of the service desk. I then decided to see what where my vehicle was and went for a walk and found it in the parking lot. On asking at the service desk I learned that it had been completed sometime previous. Customers, particularly those sitting for three hours in front of the service desk should be advised when the vehcile is done. My time is valuable too. More

Buying a new car at this dealer was a very pleasant experience. Our salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and "not in my face". He answered all my questions in a matter of fact manner and was quite happy to have me take a test drive "without him in the passanger's seat". Jon Graham was excellent to deal with as was the "lot guy", can't remeber his name. I brought the vehicle back for it's first service and had a very good experience with Elie ( the most excellent service manager ). So far my OPTIMA has performed beyond my expectations ! Would I recommend this dealer, YOU BET ! If my OPTIMA doesn't blow up in the next couple of years I'll definitely buy from Graham Kia again. John Deering More
