I have been bringing my maxima to the dealership for all service fo I dont have a problem recommending the service and sales department at GO Nissan. I have been bringing my maxima to the dealership for all service for 8 years. A year and a half ago, my Maxima needed a significant repair and of course the warranty had expired. The vehicle was repaired and bill was $1000. In the early Spring, I received a letter from Nissan that the repair was now part of a recall notice from Nissan. Go Nissan, took care of everything and reimbursed my repair bill from December of 2015. I was happy with the process and Go Nissan and John Scarpino from the dealership never once questioned the process of getting me refunded for the original repair. Thanks GO NISSAN! Your customer service is appreciated!! More
