My experience at Mitsubishi Langley Auto Group was deeply disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the significant fees we paid. I want to start with the positive: Manpreet was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and advocated for us to get a great deal from his manager. The sales process itself was smooth. Unfortunately, everything fell apart at delivery. The issues began before we even signed final paperwork: Our new electric vehicle was presented dirty inside and out and with less than 15% battery. We were told to either wait for a slow Level 1 charge or get it detailed ourselves. Given the state of the car and the availability of a fast charger at the dealership, this was unacceptable. The finance manager, Neetu, was completely unprepared. She did not know what vehicle I purchased (an EV), nor its name. She attempted to sell me $6,000 in warranties for engine oil changes and protection—completely irrelevant for an electric car. Her desk had a vape pen on it, which added to the unprofessional atmosphere. When confronted with these facts, she became flustered and started backtracking. She was missing basic details like the deposit amount and was unaware of the factory warranty specifics. I found myself having to educate her on her own job. After declining all the irrelevant products, we moved to insurance and finally finished the paperwork. We were then handed the keys to the same dirty car, still at 15% battery. Manpreet explained that because the manager gave us such a good deal, there was "no room" to detail the car. This is a baffling response, especially since we were charged $2,000 in prep and dealership fees. In summary: We paid premium fees for a premium experience and received the opposite. A fantastic salesperson was let down by a disorganized, unprofessional finance department and a dealership that failed to prepare the most basic aspects of a new vehicle delivery. I am now in the process of seeking a refund for the prep fees and would not recommend this dealership based on this experience. More

Went in to dealership to buy a vehicle for our senior parents. Sales manager Philip Britten on duty was horrible and not very nice to 84 year old seniors trying to buy a Rvr. Mgr thought his pricing was best and would not negotiate with seniors. We feel bad for the salesman Manraj Garcha who helped us find the right Rvr vehicle. I hope sales mgr learns more respect for senior’s with family supporting them in purchasing a vehicle. We left dealership over $500 dollar deal and a very rude sales mgr. Be cautious on who and how people are dealt with. Don’t think I would suggest this location to anyone else. More
I purchased a new Outlander from Go Langley Mitsubishi and traded in my 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid as part of the deal. I currently have two vehicle loans active at the same time, and I am still being charged interest on a vehicle I no longer own. I contacted the dealership and was told their finance department needs “three weeks to get the paperwork.” That timeframe has passed, and this is still unresolved. This is not a small issue. This is a serious financial responsibility that a dealership is expected to handle immediately when accepting a financed trade-in. Leaving a customer exposed to ongoing interest charges and potential credit risk is completely unacceptable. At this point, I have no confidence in their finance process and will be escalating this if it is not resolved immediately. If you are trading in a vehicle with a loan, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and following up constantly, because they do not seem to treat loan payouts with urgency. Once the vehicle was sold, the dealership showed no concern for how the car was functioning or for customer safety. Their responses were shocking—unprofessional, dismissive, and rude. The staff clearly lack proper customer-service training and basic communication skills. Within just one and a half months, I have had to return four times due to serious issues such as dashboard warning lights, the car suddenly stopping, and the vehicle getting jammed on the road. My family and I were fortunate to escape without injury. When I explained the situation, I was told that it was “not a big deal” and that I could file an ICBC claim, which is an unacceptable response to a safety issue. I strongly advise against purchasing from Go Langley Mitsubishi. My salesperson was Mr. Anmol Gupta, who is promoted as the store’s top seller, but my experience with him was also very poor. I do not recommend buying from him or this dealership. Thank you for your reply, sir. However, the “small amount” was nearly $100 every month, which was and still is out of my budget, as I had already explained. So, if this is being considered a solution, I’m sorry to say it isn't. You keep increasing the cost, and I keep buying and selling the car. More

Extremely poor experience buying from here, I traded in a Tacoma worth more than their Tesla I got . and agreed to get the tires replaced and scratch Extremely poor experience buying from here, I traded in a Tacoma worth more than their Tesla I got . and agreed to get the tires replaced and scratches fixed after giving in my truck and have just been giving me a run around and I’ve had to keep coming back for a simple tire pressure sensor they kept trying to fix when they could have just replaced it the first time I had to come back because their technician poorly installed the new tires and wasn’t careful clearly . Now I have to get 2 new rear tires because there are unsafely low too and on the inspection report they have said it was good . There are more issues I have with this vehicle but have chosen to temporarily leave it until I have more money and time because this dealership have taken too much from me already it’s only been a little over a month since I got it and there are so many issues to deal with . Lastly when i came here to fix a new issue with the same tire that was leaking they washed it and didn’t even clean it properly and damaged my driver mirror when they washed it …. Seriously what the heck is up with this company and how do they get away with running it so poorly . If issues are fixed I will take this down but people need to know when they buy a car from here they will find problems if not properly looked at my an inspection facility not from this dealership it may have issues with there car after buying from these people . Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous 👎👎 More
I dealt with Manraj and Mark and had a good experience buying a used vehicle here. They were very busy and running around and I was passed between several people so by the end I had to keep explaining who buying a used vehicle here. After Go Auto purchased the dealership from Wolfe Auto in November 2022 their service took a nose dive. Family has purchased 3 Cars in the last 20 years All of them before Go Auto's takeover. All the original wolfe staff has willingly left or been let go. Their customer service is non existent. Messages left with no follow-up. Front-end service advisors are a mess to deal with. If you're a local Mitsubishi/ Subaru enthusiast go to another dealership and save yourself years of headaches 😩. More
I had a horrific experience at this dealership that left me shaken and in tears. No one should ever have to experience this type of treatment. The staff, especially Tal the GM, feel extremely comfortable making offensive and racist remarks about my appearance. Not only were they offensive but Tal tried to scam me. After I left the dealership distraught, they continued to call and text me attempting to sell me the vehicle “as a nice gesture”, and for the scam price. Completely insulting and ignorant to try to sell me a vehicle after deeply offending me. Reading other reviews, this behaviour and the scamming is sadly a common trend for this staff and dealership. Attached are photos of texts from the dealership confirming the incident. I am now in the process of trading my current Mitsubishi at another dealership for anything other than a Mitsubishi. Do not use this dealership, they will scam you and make offensive racist remarks. More
