Hyper-aggressive salesperson with minimal knowledge We visited Kia West looking for a crossover and were treated to one of the worst car selling experiences I have endured. We drove three different We visited Kia West looking for a crossover and were treated to one of the worst car selling experiences I have endured. We drove three different vehicles and our salesperson demonstrated minimal knowledge of all of them. Examples: - Not knowing how to activate the audible hazard alarm when backing into an obstacle. - Not knowing where the spare tire was located. She actually tried to tell us there was none and customers just had to call for roadside assistance. - Having no idea where their vehicles ranked in terms of fuel economy in relation to the competition. She also went to great lengths to trash their competition, telling us about a mechanic who didn't like Fords because they fell apart. In short, when responding to one of our questions she said "Well, I am not an industry professional so I don't really know but; oh look, there's another Kia. They are everywhere." I can't say what the rest of the staff are like but you might want to talk to an industry professional instead of this young lady. More

Amazing customer service! I love coming to Kia to get my car serviced and for all my car maintenance. Everytime I come in for a service the people at Kia are welcoming and know I love coming to Kia to get my car serviced and for all my car maintenance. Everytime I come in for a service the people at Kia are welcoming and knowledgable. I came in just this week when my air pressure light came on and they fit me in and quickly got me on my way! Easy, Hassel Free Sale I live in Edmonton and saw a truck that Kia West had in Coquitlam and it was the exact one that I needed. After calling and getting a price I realize I live in Edmonton and saw a truck that Kia West had in Coquitlam and it was the exact one that I needed. After calling and getting a price I realized it would be a lot to travel there to get it as well. When I mentioned that to the Sales Manager they worked it out so that the truck and my flight were all within my price range I needed to be at. Could not believe the great service I received to make my purchase that easy. I am now back in Edmonton and with the truck that I wanted and highly recommend anyone to deal through them even if they live a ways away from their location. More

Still bought it then had to return it five times to fix windshield wipers and they still don't work. Classic sales tactics, they low balled me on my trade in, then put it for sale on the lot for three times what they stated it would be sold for. They even had it advertised with km even though the sales staff told me they all knew it was a Amercain vehicle. I call xxxxxxxxx! I doubt they will get my business again! More
