Amazing! I had been searching for a vehicle for so long that some dealerships actually started to give up on me; what can I say, I know exactly what I want, an I had been searching for a vehicle for so long that some dealerships actually started to give up on me; what can I say, I know exactly what I want, and exactly what I don't want! I didn't think this was a bad thing! After calling the dealership asking if they had a particular vehicle on their lot, I was introduced to sales associate Jenny Elizian over the phone. Instantly, Jenny stoke me as not just someone working off of commission, but someone who actually cared about finding me the perfect vehicle I had been looking for. After months of emailing back and forth, sending me pictures and details of vehicles on their lot, Jenny finally found me my dream car! When I was finally able to meet this wonderful woman in person, the rest was easy. She, alongside the other amazing staff at Kia West, made buying my first car a fun and memorable experience. I would recommend purchasing a car from this dealership, and more specifically Jenny, any day. More

Slimy These guys are slimy. we test drive and talked for hours and we couldn't get it done which is fine though had to sit through the usual tactics. I received numerous phone calls after saying the car was still available and he offered a cheaper price. I told him the problem was we had to sell our other car and he said to come in and they would give us a good fair offer. We went in on the snowiest day and they said they wouldn't give an offer on it (I gave them the full details of car on phone and it's in mint condition). Then they said the model they were talking about was the lower trim and if we wanted the one we drove it was $1000 more. Nice bait and switch and waste of time with these clowns. Just a greasy feel the whole time. Scammers!!!! More

Great customer service I was in the market for buying a new car as my ML 350 was slowly dying on me and the gas was atrocious. I was looking for a fuel efficient car but I wasn't too sure what I was looking for but I basically went to from Nissan, Volkswagen, Acura and this was my last stop. I decided to drop by because I heard that this brand was getting popular and I wanted to test drive one myself. This dealership stood out to me because this sales girl that popped out of nowhere was very bubbly. She was very energetic and asked lots of questions that would help narrow down which vehicle I wanted to get. Although she told me that she was new in this industry but she made sure she had accurate and concise information if she wasn't sure about something. The customer service that this girl gave me was different because I didn't feel like she was trying to get me to buy something out of my budget and shove the highest trim level that I didn't need down my throat. I ended up buying a Jetta which best suited my boyfriend and I but Alysha's customers service should not go unrecognized. As a personal preference, I did not purchase a Kia because I enjoy German cars but alysha was so approachable that I even gave her an honest answer after I picked a different car. Although I didn't purchase my car here, I will be recommending her to any friends I know looking for a Kia. Thank you for your time alysha and Patrick, I greatly appreciate it. More
