Amazing team..been here twice and they are 2 for 2! Mo, Noah, Shayne, Jacqui..was so impressed with the whole team, I wasn't even here for myself. Was helping my gal vehicle shop and boom, got the deal, Mo, Noah, Shayne, Jacqui..was so impressed with the whole team, I wasn't even here for myself. Was helping my gal vehicle shop and boom, got the deal, financing, vehicle and treatment we wanted. I'm not in the market for a vehicle at the moment but I'm goin back there when I am. 8 new Cars in last 22 years best experience I have Purchase 8 new Cars in last 22 years this was the best experience ever. Interesting all 8 were Korean products, I guess I like Korean Innovat I have Purchase 8 new Cars in last 22 years this was the best experience ever. Interesting all 8 were Korean products, I guess I like Korean Innovation & Warranty help bring me back to the Cars but this was the best sales experience I have had. I have shopped dealerships, of the 8 vehicles I tried 4 dealership. Question is why, what are the other ones not doing to retain customers. Some dealership thinking we are the only dealer in town, if you like a great Korean car you have to buy it from us? I have left the Surrey/ Langley dealer for this reason. They are to smug. I'm looked at Kia West in Coquitlam for Pricing exercise and "found breath of fresh air " Dealership I'm feel comfortable with. Dave from the Sales team is friendly and inviting to Jenny was a great person to dealer with, not the old boys (Pressure cooker of the other dealership) Nice to see a new change in Kia Dealership model. I had a Kia 5 cars back, but when I went back as a returning customer I found them cold and uninteresting in my business and had written your Kia Brand off because of the aggressive and pushy, not a friendly experience , even if you have a great product. Can't said enough about the sales team Dave, Jenny & Dane in the finance dept. As you can tell I'm over the moon, with my new car. I'm sure they will live up to the high standards I expect when dealing with me as clients. Looking forward to driving my new Forte EX in Hyper Blue, sunroof open to the Mariners game tomorrow. Thanks again Kia West for proving Kia is a Brand I can come back to as you are humans. Your Kia West sales team do care about the customer's personal experience. Always being asked if you need anything Dave, Jenny, Dane, Andrew & Shayan make everyone who walks in the door welcome. Treated like gold....until. First of all, the salesman, Justin, was excellent to deal with. He wasn't pushy at all, was completely respectful and treated me really well. However, after the sale was made, the dealership became difficult to deal with. There were a couple of repairs that had been part of the deal that had to be done afterwards, and they botched it at every turn: ordering the wrong colour door handle, "missing" a window ding that I had to take care of on my own time, putting the wrong mats in the vehicle, leaving the battery cover off (luckily it didn't fly off on the freeway), neglecting to clean the mouse droppings out of the engine compartment, telling me the seatbelt issue was fixed when it clearly wasn't, and finally returning my car with a damaged passenger mirror and food stain on the driver's seat. Their communication between employees is terrible and I found Jenny to be patronizing and Andrew to be hard to get ahold of. They are clearly more interested in selling cars and getting you off the lot than they are in making sure you're happy after the fact. Having said that, after a battle, they did do all the work (including something they were not liable for), and they reimbursed me for bridge tolls and two other repairs I had paid for. All's well that ends well, but I wish it hadn't been such a difficult experience to start with. More

A new employee he was well informed and knew all the vehicles we looked at. You knew it was a good place to deal as other customers were very relaxed and comfortable. We ended up buying two vehicles and Ken was right up on info on both even though not Kia product. Neither myself or my husband felt pressured at any point and both of us are very happy with purchase. We will definitely go back to Kia west and will ask for Ken Miscisco to help us. More

Amazing Car Shopping expereince Excellent staff, friendly fun environment! Was in on the weekend and had a great time with the BBQ they had going on as well as the live music. Ended up buying a used Kia Forte being it was more within my budget but the process went smooth and the staff were so helpful and not pushy at all! Highly recommend them! More

Jenn, our sales rep and Mo My daughter and I had a productive and fun experience negotiating a purchase price on a used Kia Sportage this weekend. Jenn, our sales rep and Mo, the General Sales Manager were very professional - both projected a sense of humour and fun into a process that can be stressful and create anxiety. We were picked up at the ferry, chauffeured to the dealership, wined and dined on popcorn and cappuccino while my husband played with balloons (staying away from negotiations). We went home happy with the Sportage - the dealership closed for the day shaking their heads and waving good riddens. All in good fun!!!! would highly recommend Kia West to our friends and all others looking to purchase a vehicle. Great service, great staff and best of all no pressure.. More
