Was basically treated like dirt when I purchased my first new vehicle, a sport impala. Because I was not yet married to my longtime fiancee, who took care of the finances and was there with me to deal with the banking, they instantly assumed I was trying to pull a fast one by purchasing my vehicle for someone else using my GM employee discount, and told me so. No matter what I said to convince them the car was for me, it was my first car, and they were ruining the experience for me, they kept the winks going to my now wife when I was making decisions on questions they were asking her about the things I wanted in my car, and when the car was picked up, they congratulated her on her new car, and shook her hand first, and then said might as well shake yours too as you as you are the reason this sale happened. First thing I wanted to do when I got in the car was run him over. I don't even remember all of the constant jabs along the way during the process about me being only the facilitator, never once was I considered the future owner, and never once did I go back there for the constant service my car required. I drive a Jeep now.
So screw these guys, go elsewhere.
