Jayne was very down to earth and comforting which was nice because it was in fact the first time I was purchasing a brand new vehicle. We discussed my preferences, my budget and also what I want out of a car and she quickly knew right away which car was the right fit for me and my lifestyle. At no point whatsoever was I pressured or rushed. It was quite refreshing to be honest. Going for the test drive I immediately fell in love with the car I knew at that moment that was the one. I had some tough decisions to make and Jayne was right there to give me more detailed information and make my decision easier. We went over payment plans and the like and she was working extra hard to accomodate my needs and I could not be happier with her advice and help. Jayne is fantastic and I would recommend her to anyone willing to purchase a new vehicle. We left feeling excited but with lots to think about, as we have never driven a car with so much technology and safety features (we are elderly and are only used to basic cars!). We realized the Kia Niro was the best match for our needs out of all the brands we checked out. When we returned to the dealership to trade in our vehicle and sign for our new purchase, we were again treated with great attention, especially regarding our technology naivete and were made to feel right at home. Everyone from sales, finance service to management was OUTSTANDING in making us feel comfortable and taken care of. More
