Playing games I came in to buy a used car and trade my car in. I was very clear and upfront with my situation. Prior to even walking into the dealership I had even I came in to buy a used car and trade my car in. I was very clear and upfront with my situation. Prior to even walking into the dealership I had even had explained my wants for a car. I was pitched all these lies one after another about how even with my current situation they could make it work.. we are supposed to trust these people to do their job and guide us with the right advice and knowledge, not try to pull us in and get the sale made.. My sales person was Samir, and he did not have the customers concerns at mind all he cared about was pushing this sale through instead of taking the time to explain that they really had no option for me but would still run my credit and try anyways. Why not right? He has very poor customer service skills, I have never met another sales person who took more then 6 hours to respond each time, and always with the same excuse '' sorry got caught up with a client.. even at midnight he would text responses like this.. I would not recommend Georgetown Kia to anyone as they all seem to have the same motive and only their best interest at heart, when in reality it should be the customers.. also after confirming that I would be putting a review of the dealership I was followed out to the parking lot to be told that if I posted a negative review that was untrue I could be criminally charged. I told him it wouldn't be untrue and I should have the right to tell future potential customers of my experience here at georgetown kia. Once that was said he proceeded to bribe me with free services or if there was anything they could do for me to not leave a negative review let him know and he will make it happen.. again not the customers best interest at heart.. just theirs making sure their precious reputation is 100% instead of their customers needs. More
