The day we were to check out the vehicle we talked about my husband Sandy went way above and beyond the line of duty to help make our purchase happen. The day we were to check out the vehicle we talked about my husband, grandson I got in our old vehicle to travel the 1.5 hour (at least) drive and it wouldn't start. It totally died. I called Sandy and she actually went way out of her way to pick the grandson and me up while my husband waited for the tow truck. This day happen to be part of a long weekend and Sandy Marchetti made sure we were not stuck without a vehicle and we left with our new purchase. Now THAT is service! After getting some numbers and the overall k’s on the car i decided to trade it in, I ended up trading it for a 2017 sportage that I thought was a great car till a couple weeks after buying, then I get a letter in the mail telling me that the engine is known to fail. One thing in the transaction between the trade and me getting to clean out my sorento there was a stolen item. It was brought to the attention of the management but they didn’t seem to do much about investigation in getting me back my stolen item. More
