I had the best possible experience with Georgetown Kia after the worst possible scenario. After getting into two car accidents in two hours, I was obviously in a dire situation to get another vehicle. it after the worst possible scenario. My salesman Harman was SO personable, so knowledgeable and honestly offered me such a carefree experience. This was my first time looking for a car on my own and I had heard the typical stereotypes about car salesman but I can say Harman was the exact opposite. He actually talked me out of paying more for a vehicle with lane assist because he didn’t think I needed it. He was able to keep my head on straight as to what I want, need and narrowed all that down for me. I mentioned safety and he was able to tell me about functionalities I didn’t know existed which offered me better insight and help in deciding which way to go. I'm so glad I was shown a variety of vehicles (even though I was dead set on getting a Santa Fe), I wasn’t even originally interested in looking at anything else but I’m so glad I did. My Kia Sorento is everything I needed and more. I would've never even considered a Kia brand but I'm honestly sold on Georgetown Kia and I'm so happy with my overall experience.
