First and foremost he listened to me, then provided options on potential vehicles. Since I was 'just looking' at that time I said bye and left. Then COVID 19 arrived. Fast forward from March to June. But the time gave me a chance to look virtually at vehicles, their specs, options and colors. Now knowing what I wanted I contacted Krish. He remembered me immediately. He is professional, down to earth, full of care and concern that I as a proud new vehicle owner am completely satisfied with my vehicle. I had the best possible experience with Georgetown Kia after the worst possible scenario. After getting into two car accidents in two hours, I was obviously in a dire situation to get another vehicle. it after the worst possible scenario. After getting into two car accidents in two hours, I was obviously in a dire situation to get another vehicle. it was so refreshing to be able to enjoy the process after dealing with insurance and all the other fun stuff that comes along with replacing a vehicle. My salesman Harman was SO personable, so knowledgeable and honestly offered me such a carefree experience. This was my first time looking for a car on my own and I had heard the typical stereotypes about car salesman but I can say Harman was the exact opposite. He actually talked me out of paying more for a vehicle with lane assist because he didn’t think I needed it. He was able to keep my head on straight as to what I want, need and narrowed all that down for me. I mentioned safety and he was able to tell me about functionalities I didn’t know existed which offered me better insight and help in deciding which way to go. I'm so glad I was shown a variety of vehicles (even though I was dead set on getting a Santa Fe), I wasn’t even originally interested in looking at anything else but I’m so glad I did. My Kia Sorento is everything I needed and more. I would've never even considered a Kia brand but I'm honestly sold on Georgetown Kia and I'm so happy with my overall experience.
