I called late (pretty close to closing time) on a Saturday and Ante took my call. I was looking for a specific vehicle and Georgetown Kia had two. He put me in touch with Steve that same evening an Saturday and Ante took my call. I was looking for a specific vehicle and Georgetown Kia had two. He put me in touch with Steve that same evening and Steve started the application right away. I have a blemish on my credit rating making it a bit harder to get financing. Ian called first thing Monday morning and I made an appointment to see the cars. Steve had the approval but he had to re-do the credit as I did not mention the one that I was really interested in was more expensive. No sweat, he had it approved quickly. I am impressed that everyone took enough interest to greet me by name even a week later. Even people not involved in the sale made a point of making me feel welcome. A big kudos to Ian as he knows he does not need to be aggressive to get the sale closed. A great team. More
