Saw car online and made just drove in without appointment. Tom met me and drove me to location where car was (they have 2 lots). After impressive test drive, wrote deal. I wanted to delay delivery and there was no problem with that. Rob and Tom gave a good trade-in value and Michelle was great with the paperwork. I'd definitely return and actually have steered my brother their way for his next car and he's in Kitchener. More

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Marcus at Georgetown Kia for the purchase of our 2013 Kia Optima. The staff were all friendly and attentive, not at all agressive or pushy. The service was very friendly. Cameron spent lots of time to explain options, came with us to drive the car, helped to understand the process of buying, so, overall it was pleasure to deal with him. My husband and I bought 2 cars last year and had a great experience with Art and Rob. I just came back with my son who was looking for a car. I am a demanding customer to say the least and the Kia Team put the right people together, to ensure that my needs were met. From our great laughs about our terrible two year olds and our indepth conversations about providing good customer service - they personalized my experience. I was not just another number, I was a person that they new had specific needs and they did everything to meet and excede my expectations. This may sound like a small thing, however when I walked out to get into my brand new car, the sign read in the window "Sold to Jessica". I dont know about anyone out there reading this review, however I sure have never seen anything but merely a "sold" sign hanging from a vehicle at a dealership. They had a tough nut to crack and they did it with flying colours!!! I have and will be recommending friends, family and colleagues to this dealership!! Thanks Guys, I will be back.............. More
