After Sale Service I recently purchased a used 2012 Chevrolet Cruze at Georgetown Kia. The day after we took delivery of the vehicle it was discovered there was some da I recently purchased a used 2012 Chevrolet Cruze at Georgetown Kia. The day after we took delivery of the vehicle it was discovered there was some damage to the lower rocker\ frame section under the drivers door. This was un-noticed by both seller & buyer during test drive and purchase process. I contacted the dealership right away, and was very pleased at the prompt, attentive responses from staff members. Honestly, I was expecting a difficult time with this, and expected to be met with resistance. I was very wrong. They assured me it was an oversight on their behalf, and arranged with me to get the vehicle back and get the necessary repairs attended to. They took care of this as promised, and never once asked for additional payment. The staff was very courteous at all times to myself and family members. I want to thank Cameron and Mike for their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. More

Horrible service! Do not recommend! Sedona taken in for service 8 times in 6 months to discover the problem was what was suspected on the first visit. Even having the service manager per Sedona taken in for service 8 times in 6 months to discover the problem was what was suspected on the first visit. Even having the service manager personally overseeing the process, they wasted days of our time, caused us tremendous inconvenience with no offer of apology or compensation. The worst part is that is was a ceryified preowned vehicle bought from their dealership. They clearly are either not equipped to properly service their vehicles or they just don't care. Either way I wouldn't recommend them for either sales or service to my worst enemy. Way to over promise and under deliver! More

Great Experience We were out looking for a vehicle & stopped into Georgetown KIA to look at a Dodge Journey. Kazim Hydari came out & introduced himself to us & asked We were out looking for a vehicle & stopped into Georgetown KIA to look at a Dodge Journey. Kazim Hydari came out & introduced himself to us & asked if we were interested in taking it out for a test drive. He was very informative & answered all of our questions, not once was he pushy trying to make a sale. He took the time & listened to our wants & needs that we wanted in the vehicle & was very helpful in making our final decision. We did look at other car dealers and found Kazim to be the best salesmen to deal with out of all of them. He really knows how to look after his customers. He has called us since we purchased our vehicle to see how we are enjoying it so far! I must say that he really didn't have to follow up but it really didn't surprise us.
