She was very professional, knowledgable, and patient when she was helping me to look at different vehicle trims. She never put any pressure on me, but was always available to answer any questions I had. Very approachable and no matter what my request was, she did anything to see that I was 100% satisfied. Very comfortable atmosphere and buying experience. Louise with Sean also worked very hard on getting me a good deal for my trade. Also Kyla and Kevin the finance managers were excellent with going over all the paperwork and making sure I was happy. I'm loving my new Kia Sorento and I would highly recommend talking to Louise if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thank you for making my buying experience a positive one. More

Not long after walking in, Louise had me sitting in a beautiful 2013 Rio. Kevin worked endlessly with multiple banks trying to get me to drive home with this car. Unfortunately, the banks wouldn't let it happen. However, Kevin had another car in mind, a 2010 Hyundai Accent. Within 24 hours after showing me the Accent, I was driving it home. Dealing with everybody at Georgetown Kia was an excellent experience that I would recommend to anybody wishing to buy a car. I will definitely be a repeat buyer. More
