Well, Let me tell you! we were totally wrong!! Georgetown Kia's reviews are all accurate to the very last letter. I personally have gone to almost every Kia dealer in the GTA and have dealt with most of the people at each one. There is no comparison to the service and expertise given to you at Geogetown Kia. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with smiles and no pressure attitude. We sat down with LOUISE LUPO. We told her our needs and what car we would like to be in. She got to work right from the start with our dreams in mind. We went for a test drive and LOUISE was very knowledgeable on all the features of the car and also very personable. We gave her our price and LOUISE worked out the finances right way, with no pressure and no hassle. The negotiations didn't take long. we got our price!! Then we were introduced to KEVIN TOSTIK. One of the nicest persons we have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was on our side the whole time. He didn't talk down to us or make us feel out of place.. He made us feel like he was our dad going into the the dealership to help us make the right choices and protect us from the "shifty car salesmen's". He was GREAT! A few days later we were approved and pick up our car. The car was immaculate! It shined like a mirror. As you can tell my review is very long (I shorten it to! :) Over all If you'r looking to be treated like family, and you want service that's way above standard then GEORGETOWN KIA is where you DEFINITELY need to shop! Fantastic service from the Service team! I was so impressed with my recent service visit to Kia Georgetown on April 28, 2015. I was experiencing an unusual issue with my car and when I calle I was so impressed with my recent service visit to Kia Georgetown on April 28, 2015. I was experiencing an unusual issue with my car and when I called into Kia that morning, Sara, the Service Scheduling Coordinator, was able to schedule an appointment for me the same day. I received great customer service from Rodney when I arrived and then also from Gaetano who took me with him on a test drive to try to diagnose the issue. Gaetano dropped me off at work and then took my car into the shop to do some diagnostics and further test driving. While a problem was ultimately not detected, the level of service that I received from everyone that I interacted with exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly and took my concerns seriously. Thank you for a great experience! More
