5 Shiny Stars Our criteria was to buy locally and purchase a reliable vehicle to take us into retirement.. We found a 2014 Jeep Patriot at Georgetown Kia. Cameron, Our criteria was to buy locally and purchase a reliable vehicle to take us into retirement.. We found a 2014 Jeep Patriot at Georgetown Kia. Cameron, our sales rep was very helpful and friendly. He made sure our bank and insurance contacts had all documents necessary. The transaction seemed to easy. We drove the Jeep for a week then problems started happening. We returned to the dealership where again we were taken care of, by pleasant and accommodating staff. All repairs were made at their cost. We were happy to be on the road again. Sadly, we did not go far when bigger issues with this Jeep arose. We made further inquires to resolve this because we loved driving the Jeep. However, we determined this was not the vehicle for us. My husband and I sat down with the manager, who was very understanding, and he worked out a better choice for us. The staff at the dealership, Cameron (Sales Rep), Kirk (Service Manager) and Rob (Manager) all play a part in helping us drive away content. We are now driving a 2010 Mazda 3 GT, its reliable, fun to drive, fully loaded and we love it! Georgetown Kia, does sell 100% satisfaction!! Thank you, Judy and Darrin More

Competitive pricing, not the same for the service. The pricing of the vehicles are some of the best I could find online. I have since been trying to get in contact with the salesman and he is now ignoring me. The reason I picked I would recommend is because you can get a good vehicle at a good price, just don't expect any thing extra you asked to be looked to be even considered. More
