Best customer experience I had with any auto dealership ever I've been trying to get my hands on a Chevy Bolt EV for over a year. Called every dealer I could find contact info for in the southern Ontario area w I've been trying to get my hands on a Chevy Bolt EV for over a year. Called every dealer I could find contact info for in the southern Ontario area without any lucks. Some would tell me that they have one over the phone, only to tell me on arrival at the dealership that they had none, then tried to sell me other vehicles instead. Lorenzo, on the other hand was truthful about his inventory and his answers, and did not try any of those gaming tactics. I really like his friendly, and persistency in sale, but with integrity and honesty approach instead of the purely commission or quota-driven-at-all-cost approach that I've seen in others over the years. Together, they made for the best customer experience that I ever had. More

He answered all our question, prepared all our documents in a timely manner, managed insurance forms and had the plates on the car (which was gassed up and detailed) when we got there. He walked me through the whole process and it made everything so quick and easy. He kept me up to date on my cars progress after I purchased it and everything. I was extremely happy with my car and felt no pressure whatsoever at any moment while I was at the dealership. Craig it was such a great experience and pleasure to meet you, I couldn't be more happy with my car. Dave was also a great help and an absolute pleasure to work with as well, he made me feel very comfortable when trying to decide all the packages I wanted added to my car.
