After 4 hours DALE phone me telling me that I need to buy a new battery so they could run the diagnostic, I ask DALE just replace the alternator because its the one discharging my battery but he woudn't listen. I felt like his forcing me to buy the mopar battery ($375). Day After my conversation with DALE Ron phone me for follow-up, I told to Ron Dale's is forcing me to buy new battery before they could replace my alternator I ask Ron if I could buy aftermarket battery ($179.99). Ron told me that he'll get back to me in 2 days, Ron Also mention me that I have a ABS Wire problem that need to fix and not under Global Warranty. If you have a busted alternator and dying battery all the cluster panel will lite on. At the end they REFUSE to fix my Van and and pay $99+tax. BAD Customer service and SCAM. Luckily Fountain Tire was there to fix it.! More

I would like to thank her and her VP and Steve for helping me load the car and make sure it was properly fasten as we had a long drive pulling the car home. If your buying a car off the web site because you can't see it in person everything I was told was truthful and helpful. Incompetent . If you want to die, get your vehicle serviced here. They will "fix" it only for the same part to fail 24 hr later, then ask for 1500 to fix it. . Two years ago i bought a brand new truck ( Dodge 1500, 4x4). For the last year a error message to service the suspension system comes up, take it here for service. They always claimed that there is nothing wrong and no charge. A month ago the suspension completely failed doing 100 km, almost lost control. Took it in again, 2 days later its fixed "low nitrogen" in the suspension system, no charge. Less then 24 hr later suspension failing again. Take it back, "oh, these air suspension systems don't work will in our climate". $ 1500 to fix it, since now it is off warrenty. "It would be cheaper to convert it to a regauler leaf spring suspension, that would be around $6000). They sold and "serviced" a vehicle that they knew had deflective parts that could failed. I could have died. When asked weather i should get my lawyer involved Marc's answer was a laugh and "good luck with that, these thing happen". Bunch of crooks. DO NOT GO HERE!! Very dishonest finance manager and general manager I had problems with the finance manager Craig Littlepage during my interactions with them. He snuck in some $500 + processing fee in the deal and I as I had problems with the finance manager Craig Littlepage during my interactions with them. He snuck in some $500 + processing fee in the deal and I asked for my money back. The general Kevin Schummacher backed the finance managers side and refused to give me my money. Craig Littlepage and Kevin Schummacher are sneaky, lying $%*&s. I would not recommend anyone doing any business with this dealership. These 2 give dodge, Jeep and chrysler products a bad name. More

The financing that we took for the car was a fraud as well . Finacial manager secured the loan by our personal garantee after promising that this not be the case and it will be secured by the company only. No reply for complains . Even the the Vise President did not answer the email that was sent to him. Overall very bad. More

Feel as though I dealt with 3 dealers - one wanted to throw in everything free of charge, one believed 'nothing is free' and one was flat out confused. Mike was available and cooperative until it came down to the financials, everything he agreed to throw in was listed on the bill of sale. When asked he said 'nothing is free'. We had to show him an email confirming he stated free delivery, then he agreed he was 'bent over a barrel' and would cover the cost. He reconciled the cost by increasing the interest rate by 2% though. When we reached agreement he said he was going to deliver on a flat bed right to our door and that he was confident we would receive it within a week. We received confirmation that it was on it's way Monday (5 days later), however he was not sure when it would be arriving at our destination in Ontario. Tried contacting numerous times, was never in office and didn't respond to emails until late at night even though before purchase he assured that emails are sent directly to his phone and he can be reached at any time. By Thursday we had not heard from dealer and did not know who was delivering the jeep, where the jeep was or when it would be arriving. Called the dealership and his response was 'I'm not with the driver, I can't tell you where he is'. An hour later he returned call to notify that it had actually never left Winnipeg and that it should be here the next week.. Avoid this dealership. More
