Gateway is the BEST. I bought my RAV 4 at Gateway in 2004 and I'm still driving it because I've always had it serviced there. Had a good experience overall. Oil change was positive. I went on a Saturday and I waited approximately 1 hour (average of my previous visits for oïl changes). Servicing of car I had a great salesperson when I bought my car in 2003. The service department turned out to be just a great. I have worked with Troy for the last 12 I had a great salesperson when I bought my car in 2003. The service department turned out to be just a great. I have worked with Troy for the last 12 years and his service level keeps exceeding my expectation. I give him 11 out of 10. The last visit I had, he was on the phone ordering my car window part while I was still driving up. He is like Radar from M.A.S.H. He seems to know what you need done and immediately starts working on the service issue. After 12 years he still surprises me going the extra mile for me. He knows my name and greets me whenever I am in there. He would be the biggest reason I would buy another Toyota. It is rare today to find someone who really cares about customer service, so when you find someone like Troy you don't want to deal with anyone else. Good service is what brings clients back, he totally gets that right all the time. Thanks Troy, I look forward to dealing with you another 12 years. More
