"Winterize Ready" I bought my Matrix at this dealer in 2007 and they have been taking car of my car since. Simply the best Excellent courtesy, service, communication and results. On October 21, I left my 2007 Matrix for seasonal servicing and to have the tires swapped for Excellent courtesy, service, communication and results. On October 21, I left my 2007 Matrix for seasonal servicing and to have the tires swapped for winter. A problem with the front disc brake roters was discovered and Troy contacted me to advise it be fixed. I felt completely confident that the work was necessary and would be properly performed. As on previous occasions, service was performed efficiently and in a timely manner. More

Winterize my car I took my car in for an oil change and have the winter tires installed. The mechanic found a problem with leaking oil pan gasket, so it was fixed as w I took my car in for an oil change and have the winter tires installed. The mechanic found a problem with leaking oil pan gasket, so it was fixed as well. Gives me peace of mind going into the winter season. Veronica Russell was great to deal with...she was very friendly and explained everything clearly. In the past I have had great service from Troy Vinthers and Todd Pringle as well. It is nice to see a familiar and friendly face when coming into the Service Department. Kudos to all of you! The shuttle service is also very much appreciated. All the drivers I have had over the years have been very friendly and provide excellent service. And finally, the car wash is the final icing on the cake! More

Amazing service I had my car scheduled in for its 64000 km service, but after hearing great things about Gateway Toyota, i inquired to see if they would be able to pr I had my car scheduled in for its 64000 km service, but after hearing great things about Gateway Toyota, i inquired to see if they would be able to provide the service on my VW Jetta. Troy in service was beyond helpful, he was able to get me in right away, did the service in half the time I was quoted by VW. Not to mention at a much more reasonable price.
