Replaced Lost Car Key...Stat Was leaving town for a family funeral when we noticed a vehicle key was missing. Not wanting to leave with only one key, we went down to Gateway on the way out of town, where a duplicate was located, and programmed in a few minutes. We were on our way and still got ti the funeral with time to spare! I have been dealing with Gateway Toyota for nearly 12 years, since I moved to Edmonton. I have bought 2 vehicles from them and my children, now adults, buy there too. We always use them for service and have always had a positive experience! More

The service was very quick and done exceptionally well, and my vehicle was even washed for me, something I did not expect. Simply the best Excellent courtesy, service, communication and results. On October 21, I left my 2007 Matrix for seasonal servicing and to have the tires swapped for Excellent courtesy, service, communication and results. On October 21, I left my 2007 Matrix for seasonal servicing and to have the tires swapped for winter. A problem with the front disc brake roters was discovered and Troy contacted me to advise it be fixed. I felt completely confident that the work was necessary and would be properly performed.
